Refund Policy

01 30-day refund guarantee

This 30-day refund guarantee is a commercial guarantee offered voluntarily by the Provider and is in addition to the mandatory rights granted to the consumer by law.

02 How to request a refund

To request a refund, send an email to support@macdisplay.it stating:

• the email address used for the purchase;
• if possible, the order number shown in the purchase confirmation.

The request will be taken in charge and processed, as a rule, within 5 business days.

03 Refund method

The refund is handled directly by Ri.dea SRL and is issued through Stripe, our payment processor, to the same payment method used for the purchase (for example credit card or other means).

The actual crediting times depend on the customer's bank or payment method provider and are normally between 3 and 10 business days from the date the refund is approved.

04 Effects of the refund

The refund entails automatic and immediate revocation of the purchased licence. After revocation:

• activations already made will be deactivated;
• the Application may continue to work, where provided, in free mode with the limits set for unlicensed users.

The user undertakes to no longer use the refunded licence and not to attempt to circumvent the licensing mechanisms.

05 Requests after 30 days

After 30 days from purchase, refund requests fall outside the standard commercial guarantee; any refunds may be granted at the Provider's discretion, case by case, taking into account the specific circumstances (for example significant malfunctions attributable to the Provider).

In the event of significant malfunctions or non-conformity of the software with the contract, the remedies provided by the law on digital content and consumer protection remain applicable.

06 Exclusions

A refund may be refused, even within 30 days, in the event of:

• abusive or fraudulent use of the Application;
• multiple refund requests attributable to the same user or household, such as to suggest abuse of the commercial guarantee;
• evidence of fraud, breach of the Terms of Service or attempts to circumvent the licensing system.

07 Consumer right of withdrawal

These refund conditions are in addition to, and do not replace, the rights of withdrawal provided by applicable European and national consumer law.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from purchase, unless: they requested immediate performance of the contract during the withdrawal period; they expressly acknowledged that, by doing so, they would lose the right of withdrawal; and the trader confirmed this information on a durable medium. In that case, the legal right of withdrawal is excluded.

Even where the legal right of withdrawal is excluded, the 30-day commercial refund guarantee under this Policy remains applicable under the conditions set out above. This Refund Policy does not limit or prejudice the mandatory rights granted to the consumer by applicable law.
